Is a visa or residence outcome guaranteed?

No. Final decisions belong to governments and independent authorities. No outcome is guaranteed.

Is the case reviewed before a contract?

For a suitable case, the circumstances and potential pathway are assessed first. Scope, responsibilities, cost and execution are defined before commitment.

What if I have already been refused?

A refusal is not automatically the end. The refusal decision, previous application, evidence, eligibility, funds, immigration history and inconsistencies can be reviewed before choosing correction, reapplication or another pathway.

Does studying in Canada automatically lead to permanent residence?

No. Study permits, DLI status, PGWP eligibility, employment, permanent residence and citizenship are separate processes.
